The trial date for former FICAC employee who was charged months ago with one count of Soliciting an Advantage, one count of Obtaining Financial Advantage and one count of giving a False Statement on Oath, has been set for the 7^th 8^th of April 2014.

Ms. Puleiwai appeared on behalf of the prosecution and informed court that both the Agreed Facts and Bundles have been finalized and she will be filling today.

Ms. Puleiwai further stated that the prosecution is ready to take a hearing date to which the Defense also agreed.

Magistrate set the hearing dates on the 7^th8^th April, 2014.
