A Former Chief Executive Officer of Fiji Audio Visual Commission was sentenced today by the Suva Magistrates Court to 10 months imprisonment for all four (4) counts of Abuse of Office charges laid by FICAC in 2009.

Today's court session was presided by Magistrate Somaratne who informed the Court that since Bolea absconded, sentence will become effective from the day he is apprehended.

Twenty-eight (28) days has been given to both sides to appeal
