A former employee at the Attorney-General's office who is currently before the Court after FICAC laid charges last year for obtaining financial advantage by manipulating the payroll process in AG's Office, opted for Legal Aid Assistance after the Amended Charge had been put to him.

Court then granted time to Foster to seek Legal Aid's assistance. Further, FICAC Prosecutor Rosemary Drau, informed court that Foster had not been reporting to the relevant police station as per his bail condition whereby court warned Foster of the consequences of breaching his bail conditions.

Magistrate Somaratne adjourned the matter to 22 August, 2013 for mention to check on Foster's Legal Aid application
